Seasonal Crab Sandwich. A local fisherman catches the crab daily for me then dresses the crab ready for us to serve. We only use crab meat in our sandwiches so you’ll know that is what you’ll be served. Fresh and mighty tasty.
They say less is more and that’s exactly how you should have this astonishing sandwich, the one and only Craster Kipper N Bun. At Robson’s smokehouse, in Craster itself, They smoke this herring fish to excellent standards as they have done over the last 100 years or so. The technique in the way i cook them brings the awesome flavours of the kipper out with mouth watering sensations.
